Refund policy

Damaged or wrong items: if your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email reyn.fabian07@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued to your original payment method once the item is received.

Not returnable: used items, and items without proof of purchase.

Refund timing: approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
